| Minutes of Meeting | Meeting called to order by the president followed by the National Anthem. President Meenal Dhotre welcomed all members to her first formal meeting of the new rotary year. She thanked one and all for their support in making the Installation function a grand celebration and a super success. Then Secretary Shashank Tilak made secretarial announcements and also shared some interesting facts about the rotary. Birthdays, anniversaries of the week were announced and the respective members were felicitated. Later on meeting was handover to treasurer Prasad Pujari to present the club budget. Prasad had prepared a detailed PPT presentation on budget so it was easier for the members to understand it. He clarified whatever doubts members had to their satisfaction. Budget approval was proposed by Rt. Rajeev Palsule and seconded by Rtn Sudhir Bhalerao. Thus the first formal meeting was concluded successfully. |
