| Minutes of Meeting | BOD Meeting was arranged at VP Ashwini Shiledar's residence. Rtn. VInayak gave comprehensive report on trust and club accounts details as well FD details. It was decided to break small FDs and prepare 3 more no FD of higher denomination and currently bank is offering higher rte of interest. Secretary Vidula explained documentation and preparation to be done for upcoming AG and DG visit. All directors presented current and upcoming work. It was decided to take expert opinion for trust FDs. New member Mayur Vaidya was invited as guest. Everyone tanked Rtn Ashwini and Vinayak for great hosting. |
