| Minutes of Meeting | BOT Minutes-The President welcomed all the Trustees and the meeting commenced. Secretary & Trustee informed every one present about the agenda as decided by President & Trustee Girish. The guests of the meeting were new member Anand Pophale and Harshada Sonar. 2 Project Director Sunil informed about the project 1. Teachers training program which may happen tentative 2 nd week of Dec. He further informed that Bhakti Dhamdhere of Royal Society of Chemistry is working with IISER on this and she would be reverting soon 2. Cow Donation program – The project is suggested by Shailesh Gandhi through his friend. It is expected of us to do this program through RCP North. The cost for one cow is Rs10000 and for participation in the project it would be of minimum 8 cows& we need to pay the amount directly to the Foundation and the club will get credit for the project & Shailesh’s confirmation is awaited 3. Mobile App for 10 th standard. - Activity completed for Jnyandeep school. The same costing formula would to be used for our Interact schools i.e. Out of Rs 55 cost . Rs 20 per student to be borne by student/school and Rs 30 will be borne by our trust. BOD Minutes- Welcome – Sunil the host welcomed everyone while President Girish announced the commencement of meeting after welcoming the guests Harshada & Anand . . 2 Admin .Director Triveni briefed about the lined up weekly programmes i.e.1) 7 th Nov nomination Committee meeting ,2)11th or 13 th Nov Deepawali get together at some NGO most probably at Snehvan , 3)23rd Dec. Annet’s night . 3 International Director Nisha briefed about the efforts on exploring sister clubs at Srilanka and Nepal . She also informed about RI Family Exchange program and indicated about receipt of RYE Students interest for short term exchange program within country .. . 4 President Girish informed that the Foundation Account is not yet opened and stressed the need of collecting at least 26.5 $ from each member . Foundation Director Nachiket informed that he would be appealing and using all opportunities for getting the contribution for foundation .. 5 PI Director Chitralekha briefed about the proposed activity of providing First Aid KIT to five Public Gardens which will be not only useful but would get adequate attention too and she informed about the help of donations of Chitra, Omkar ,Girish & Vinayak Chitra agreed to post Dandiya & Ladies picnic on FB too . . 6 Treasurer Vinayak informed that 16 members have paid half yearly subscriptions and 8 members have not paid the dues .It was decided to appeal the concerned . . 7 Youth Director Rucha informed about exploring RYLA at select schools /colleges and briefed about need of making Rotract at Damle School active by paying necessary fees .She also informed about proposed dental Camp at three interact schools. ... 8 Membership Director Omkar informed about the Orientaion programme for new members proposed on Saturday the 28th and briefed that Trainer Manish was kind to conduct it at his office 9 IT Officer was requested to help members on uploading District 3131 App 10 Director Rucha on behalf of board moved a resolution to thank Sunil for hosting the Board Meeting and proposed the 5th Board meeting of Nov 23 at her place. The guests Anand & Harshada expressed pleasure for being guests and Anand also complemented for the systematic conduction of meeting . |
