| Minutes of Meeting | BOD Meeting 1 Welcome – Prez Girish the host welcomed everyone and expressed pleasure over well beginning of the year with installation of the Board and Budget Presentation . Secretary Vidula then announced the commencement of meeting as per agenda circulated . 2 Admin .Director Triveni briefed about the lined up weekly programmes up to 5 th Sep 2023 and declared the date of Monsoon picnic ( 27 th Aug Sunday ) and informed that convener Avinash will provide further details viz. venue and cost . She also informed about the fellowship arrangement ensured for the weekly meeting . 3 Treasurer Vinayak informed about the plan of informing and collecting Subscription Dues of 23/24 and he also briefed about the procedure to change the signatories for the accounts of club and trust for the new year and the need of resolution to be given to the bank. 4 In absence of Sunil Prez Girish indicated about the upcoming projects viz RSC TEACH at IISER ,AED & CPR Projects ,100 Borewell Recharge ,Yashodeep Toilet work Including exploration of Global Grant ,Happy School and continuation of Arthsakhi and he also indicated that the probable fund allocation or fund management arrangements would be discussed in trust meeting , 5 Youth Director Rucha gave her plan of three Interact Installation and gave the dates for Vanaz, Dnyandeep and Yashodip schools. She also briefed about the new Interact club at the affluent schools and the spade work carried out at Balshikshan Mandir English medium , BSM Higher Secondary and also the informed about likely arrival of charter . She also informed about revival of Old Rotract Club at SP Kataria school 6 PI Director Chitra stressed the need of up dation of Logo and suggested that Instagram and Twitter too may be used for effective PI. She also briefed about the Internal PI activities planned with the help of her team 7 Membership Director Omkar has informed about the date for inducting new members and he briefed about the efforts for probable members Mrs Anupama Udupikar , Mr Anand Pophale & Mrs Savita Patwardhan 8 President Girish briefed Pratiksha about the role expected of an IT Officer. 9 Director International Nisha briefed about upcoming Youth Exchange Programme and the plan thereof to promote the same. 10 Secretary Vidula thanked Host Girish and everyone for the deliberation and the cordial manner of the meeting and after declaring the next meeting venue at her residence in Aug ( date will be specified later) the meeting concluded .
