Organized shopping festival at Gandhibjhavan Kothrud for 2 full days. 70 Stalls installed more than 3000 footfall 40lacs plus turnover for all stalls Celebrities visited - Marathi actors Ajay Purkar and Girish Kulkarni Extensive news paper coverage Press conference conducted Social media and digital media coverage Physical advertisement through pamphlets, banners and posters We had taken inspiration from Panvel festival and planning to conduct this every year. All the 3000 visitors are upper middle class people from Kothrud area which is good catchment for Rotary. We also had set up stalls from ours and other club's NGOs at free of cost. We also had our own club stall explaining various Rotary focus areas and our recent projects. it turned out to be good internal PI and assimilation activity as almost all members, Anns and importantly Annets volunteered in this Very good feedback from all stall owners for reasonable rates, good facilities, good conversion to sale from footfall and support by Rotary team. Which they felt was difference experience than other normal exhibitions. Eventually we could do decent amount of fund raising due to sponsorships. We conducted various engagement activities like flash mob, musical program etc.
